Your Use of the Platform

1 Acceptance of Terms

Your registration, deposit, or continued use of zr999 constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. zr999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Platform after such amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

3 Account Registration & Security

To access zr999's games and betting markets, you must create a single personal account using accurate, current, and complete information, including a valid Pakistani mobile number. You may not create more than one account; duplicate accounts discovered during routine review may be merged, suspended, or have associated bonus funds voided at zr999's discretion.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must notify zr999 support immediately upon suspecting unauthorised access to your account.
• zr999 reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation, including CNIC verification, before processing withdrawals.
• Accounts registered using false identity information will be subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of funds.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Currency

All transactions on zr999 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay, bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and other major Pakistani banks, and USDT (TRC20) cryptocurrency transfers, subject to availability and platform policy.

• Minimum deposit amount is PKR 100, unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification and may take from a few minutes up to 24 hours to process, depending on the chosen method.
• zr999 reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawals exceeding specified thresholds as part of standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering procedures.

8 Limitation of Liability

zr999 strives to maintain a stable, secure, and continuously available Platform; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zr999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to losses resulting from internet connectivity issues, third-party payment provider delays, or temporary game unavailability.

Nothing in these Terms limits zr999's liability for matters which cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

9 Suspension & Account Termination

zr999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including (without limitation) where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of these Terms, underage access, or activity that threatens the integrity of the Platform. Where an account is closed for reasons not attributable to player misconduct, any verified remaining balance will be returned to the player following standard KYC procedures.

10 Governing Law
